As the Network Administrator I am responsible for the maintenance of computer hardware and software on the corporate network.  This includes deploying, configuring, maintaining and monitoring active network equipment.  Other key responsibilities are server deployment, security, ensuring network connectivity throughout the company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure and overall integrity of the network.  This includes phone system, voice mail server, web servers, ftp servers, email server, production Xerox printers, workstations, support, maintenance, cubicle setup.  I have experience in many different areas. Provided customer support for Roadrunner High Speed Internet.  This included troubleshooting Internet connectivity, account setup, and email maintenance across several different platforms.

Received calls from customers who were having problems with Windows 98.  Rolled out the first phase of support calls for the Windows 98 deployment.  Tested Windows installs on test computers in a lab environment.  Installed Windows 98 on call center computers for technicians to receive inbound support calls with.
